Sold: 55m motor yacht ILLUSION
Published 22 March 2018
Burgess is pleased to announce that the 55.7m Feadship ILLUSION was sold on March 21, 2018.
Following a major refit in 2017, the 55.7m Feadship ILLUSION has been sold with a last known asking price of USD 9,500,000. The Dutch-built yacht, delivered in 1983 has enjoyed a fastidious maintenance history. In 2009/10 Pendennis in conjunction with original naval architects De Voogt took charge of an extensive refit which saw a five-metre stern extension, larger deck spaces, a new beach club and jacuzzi. Other key highlights from her refits include a complete interior redesign by renowned UK designers Bannenberg & Rowell.
As a highly desirable classic Feadship, ILLUSION, has an enviable charter reputation which she carries forward into her new ownership, making her an excellent commercial proposition should her new owner wish to keep her on the charter market.
