In order to attract interest and offers that will lead to a sale, SPIIP's asking price has been reduced to EUR 4,950,000 with EU VAT paid*.
SPIIP is a 34.1m (112ft) masthead-rigged performance sloop delivered to award-winning and regatta-winning acclaim in 2000 by Royal Huisman of The Netherlands, with hull and exterior design by Germán Frers and interiors by Winch Design in collaboration with Oliver Sterling. Her pedigree is immaculate.
She has commercial craft ABS classification for her hull and has recently undergone extensive upgrade work and maintenance. These include a full repaint of hull, superstructure, mast and boom in 2016, during which her Marten Spars carbon mast, Southern Spars in-mast furling boom and ECsix carbon rigging were all serviced.
She received a new teak deck and a full systems overhaul in 2017, and in 2018 Rondal serviced her four captive winches, all lighting was upgraded to LED and her side boarding ladder and passerelle, both hydraulic, were also serviced.
She welcomes six guests in three family-friendly cabins: a full beam owner's suite aft with private aft deck access, and two double / twin cabins, all ensuite. There is accommodation for up to four crew and a 4.8m custom RIB tender stows in the lazarette.
Equally at home racing in Bucket regattas or family cruising in comfort, SPIIP is ready for her next owner to step aboard and sail away. She is lying in Palma after scheduled winter works and is available for inspection now. Contact your Burgess broker.
