Crew photographer of the year winner 2019

Published 31 October 2019

First, a huge thanks to all the entrants this year. To be able to fit photography into your busy lives as superyacht captains and crew is a significant achievement in itself. We really appreciate you taking the time to choose your favourites and enter them in our competition.

Our judges this year were Olga and Franck Dromas of Blue i Productions, the talented team behind many of the finest shots of Burgess yachts. As well as remarking on the trend towards drone photography and the uplift in quality this year, they rated their favourites and commented on each.

The winner was announced on the Burgess stand at the Monaco Yacht Show in September and the prize awarded on Thursday 31 October at the Burgess Captains' Dinner at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.

Thanks again to everyone who took part and watch this space for details on the Burgess Crew Photography Competition 2020.
