Burgess sells three yachts over 58m in one week

Burgess is thrilled to announce three successful large-yacht transactions in a single week. This takes the total sales amount for 2019 so far to EUR 827,000,000, a hugely impressive figure.

The 58.2m (191ft) J’ADE has been sold twice by Burgess in the last three years, and on both occasions representing both the buyer and the seller. J’ADE pushes the boundaries of what is expected for a boat of her size. Delivered in 2013 by CRN Ancona in Italy she has a unique floodable float-in tender dock as well as a touch-and-go helipad which is sure to impress arriving guests. A fold-down transom creates a vast swimming and beach club area, and there’s a gym and hammam on her spacious sundeck.

The second sale is the magnificent 78.4m EMINENCE, which was sold after only four and a half months on the market with Burgess. This stunning Abeking & Rasmussen was delivered in 2008 and designed inside and out by Reymond Langton Design, giving her impeccable Northern European credentials. Her remarkable design features saw her nominated as a finalist in the 2009 World Superyacht Awards in the Best Displacement Motor Yacht Category. One of the most outstanding of these is her bridge deck dining room, which features a horseshoe table surrounded by sliding glass doors that can open the space entirely and deliver panoramic views when closed.

The third yacht transaction this week remains confidential.
