Tash joined Burgess in 2022 after 15 years at sea on private and charter yachts, cruising worldwide. She started her career as a stewardess/masseuse and worked her way up to chief stewardess. Leaving life on the sea behind her, she then travelled around New Zealand and Australia in a campervan before settling in London.

Prior to yachting Tash was a sports and rehabilitation physiotherapist in New Zealand after graduating from Otago University with a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy, Physical Education and Management (final year).

Outside of work her passions include interior design and styling, exploring new destinations and their cultures, photography, antiquing and generally being with people and the outdoors.
