Karthika joined Burgess in January 2023 with a background in accounts working for a cosmetics company in London. She has a degree in Biomedical Science from the University of Surrey and she is currently studying for her ACCA examination to become a qualified accountant. 

Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves to travel.
