Georgina works in regional business development for Burgess, focusing on strategy in developing markets worldwide and our regional offices, with a substantial emphasis on our operations in Asia and Dubai. Georgina is also the Partner responsible for the Burgess CSR Programme. Joining Burgess in 2003, she first worked in charter (management and retail), completed a brief placement in operational management and then moved into the brokerage department in 2009 as a sales broker for the Burgess central agency fleet. More recently she took over the management of OceanStyle by Burgess and oversaw its full integration into the Burgess brand.

Georgina has an MA in International Relations from Nottingham University and took several years out of her Burgess career to train and race full time for Great Britain as part of its hugely successful rowing team.
