Lotte is a charter broker based out of the London office. Prior to joining Burgess, Lotte worked as a ski guide in the Swiss Alps for a luxury British company. She also attained a first class honours degree in Marketing and Management from Newcastle University.

Lotte’s passion for travel, luxury experience and yachting brought her to Burgess in 2016 joining the Yacht Management team. She then developed her knowledge of the charter industry after working as the charter assistant for three years before moving to a broker role in 2020.

In her spare time Lotte enjoys cooking, travelling, visiting restaurants and of course skiing.
