Lesley is a Charter Director working out of the Monaco office with over 25 years of experience in the yachting industry. She joined Burgess in 1996 to develop the Monaco charter department which at the time was a dual role in both charter management and retail charter. She greatly enjoyed working in both sides of the business which gave her an in depth knowledge and experience of the whole charter process having dealt with many yacht owners, captains, brokers and clients.  As the company grew she then decided to devote all her energy to  the retail side and has enjoyed developing a longstanding repeat clientele from all around the world which now extends to second generation families. Having actively participated in the growth of the company for over 21 years Lesley finds her job very rewarding and enjoys working as a senior member of a global team. Lesley is also a MYBA member and has served on several MYBA committees since the early nineties working on projects such as the creation of Mybanet, the charter industry’s main intranet tool (now called Yachtfolio), the organisation of the Sanremo and Genoa charter shows and currently  works on the Yachtfolio panel. When not busy at work Lesley loves family life at home in the country or by the sea participating in all kinds of water sports with her children.
