Tom joined the Burgess Charter Management team at the beginning of 2018 having graduated with a combined honours degree in Business Management and Geography a couple of years earlier. Tom was quickly able to prove himself as a valuable member of the team and shows a fantastic drive and a natural sense of how to get business across the line. He now works with some of the most prestigious yachts within the Burgess charter fleet as well as being a vitally important member of the new business team.

Tom grew up in East Anglia but comes from a boating-mad family having spent many of his childhood holidays on the Isle of Wight. Though he now lives in London, he’s a country boy at heart and is often escaping the city to the countryside or to the coast to get out on the water with friends and family.
