Katy grew up in New Hampshire, on Lake Winnipesaukee, where her love of all things outdoors began. She majored in Culinary Arts and Management at Johnson and Wales University and furthered her skills while taking culinary classes in Singapore and Thailand. Katy’s passion for travel and cooking lead her to seek adventure working as sole chef aboard charter yachts ranging from 30-50m (100-165ft).

After six years at sea, Katy’s hands-on knowledge of charter vessels and creativity prove to be a strong asset to the Miami Charter Management team. Katy’s cheerful nature and interpersonal skills paired with her tenacious spirit allow her to easily adapt to the needs of clients and colleagues alike.

During her free time, one might find Katy singing along to her ukulele, riding horses, skiing in the mountains, playing with her beloved golden retriever, and of course cooking for her friends and family.
