Gabriella joined Burgess in 2021 as a Yacht Management Assistant in the Management division and moved across to the Charter Management team in early 2023. Before Burgess, she worked as a Business Developer and Recruitment Consultant at JMS Yachting in their Brighton offices. She worked with all size of vessels ranging from 25m to 140m. Prior to joining the yachting industry, Gabriella graduated from the University of Brighton with a BSc (Hons) in Business Management and Human Resource Management. She developed a clear passion for the ocean having grown up around boats in the South of France. Outside of work her passions include tennis, motorsports and travelling.
