Caroline is an extremely experienced charter manager, having spent over 25 years at Burgess, building her expertise in a variety of departments. She joined the company in 1994, working in Sales Brokerage and Marketing before settling in the Charter Management team where she has amassed over 20 years’ experience.

Prior to joining Burgess Caroline studied and worked in Switzerland for four years. She is a full Mediterranean Yacht Brokers Association (MYBA) member and has sailed throughout her life. When she is not working or travelling Caroline enjoys spending time on the water aboard her wooden motor launch, driving fast cars and clay pigeon shooting.
