Caroline graduated from Vatel Hotel and Catering Management Institute in Lyon in 2002, the French capital of Gastronomy where she grew up with a passion for French cuisine, nature and the great outdoors. Initially, she worked in London for the international hotel chain Hilton and later for The Savoy Hotel as events manager. After several years of operational experience with clients, Caroline moved into Sales and Marketing at the European head office of ‘The Leading Hotels of the World’ in London. After 7 years in London, she moved to Paris for 2 further years at The Leading Hotels of the World Sales and Marketing department.

In February 2011, Caroline joined the Burgess charter management team in Monaco. She has become the Monaco Fleet Manager since 2022 and Burgess Partner since January 2024.

Caroline speaks fluent English, French mother tongue and basic Spanish & Italian.
