Sold: 46.1m TIME FOR US.

Burgess is very pleased to announce the sale of the 46.1m (151ft) TIME FOR US. The deal was agreed within one month of her listing for sale and the sale concluded within three months. With a last asking price of USD 18,500,000 with US duty paid, TIME FOR US was sold with Burgess representing the seller and Northrop & Johnson representing the buyer. Our 12^th sale of the year concludes a successful first quarter.

TIME FOR US was built to ABS classification and delivered by US shipyard Delta Marine in 2011 to interior styling by Seattle based designer Jonathan Quinn Barnett and Pembroke & Ives with exterior design by Jonathan Quinn Barnett and Ed Monk Yacht Design.

This MCA compliant yacht received a major refit in 2016 when she passed her five year survey, technical and cosmetic upgrades in 2019 and 2020. With 499GT of internal volume, abundant guest spaces make her a popular charter choice and, now named PISCES, she remains a sought after yacht in the Burgess managed charter fleet.
