Sold: 28.6m SUNREEF 100.

Some very welcome good news has emerged from our Monaco office with Burgess representing the buyer in the sale of the first SUNREEF 100 Power Range yacht, currently in build in the yard's Gdańsk facility and due for delivery in spring 2021.
She is a 28.6m (93.8ft) catamaran of composite construction designed and engineered by the yard's in house team. A prodigious beam of 13.5m (44.3ft) gives her a huge amount of deck space, including a sundeck with jacuzzi and sunpads, bar, open air dining, lounge areas, a flybridge and an expanse of versatile deck space. There are sunpads and another open air dining option on the main deck aft and a spacious foredeck terrace with lounge areas and more sunpads.
Vast picture windows bathe the contemporary interiors in natural light. Again, the amount of space is impressive, with formal dining, a gym and a large lounge in the main saloon. She sleeps 10 guests in five lower deck cabins including an owner's suite with his and hers bathroom, and four further double cabins. She also accommodates up to five crew.
Twin 1,300hp MAN diesel engines give her a top speed of 15.5 knots and she has a range of 3,000nm at a cruising speed of 10 knots.
'We are very proud of our role in this sale and enormously grateful for the trust our client placed in Burgess,' said Thibault Roi who represented the buyer. 'It has been a great team effort to design a bespoke yacht for the client over the last six months. The results will bear out that team effort and we hope the yacht will exceed the client’s expectations. The build is well underway and we’re looking forward to continuing our collaboration with Sunreef and the owner’s team through to delivery and beyond.’
