The 44.8m (147ft) PRINCESS ANNA is a tri-deck motor yacht built in composite to ABS classification and commercial compliance by the Italian shipyard Intermarine. She was delivered in 2002 with exterior design by Tommaso Spadolini and Paolo Scanu and interiors by Francois Zuretti.
PRINCESS ANNA has been meticulously maintained by her experienced owners and has been kept in class following her 20-year survey in 2022. In 2021, she underwent a major multi-million-dollar refit at Lauderdale Marine Center. Numerous upgrades included fresh new interiors, a state-of-the-art AV system, new appliances, refurbished teak decks, a new AC system, full technical and mechanical overhaul and new tenders and toys.
Outdoor living on board PRINCESS ANNA celebrates the environment with expansive guest deck spaces, numerous lounging areas and al fresco dining on the bridge deck aft. A particular highlight is her large sun deck with sun lounging, a full wet bar, BBQ, oversized jacuzzi, and cinema screen for movies under the stars.
This 447GT yacht features warm and bright luxury interiors with multiple entertaining areas throughout. The sky lounge features a sofa to starboard opposite a large TV screen, and to port is a sit-up bar and a games table.
Her multi-use main saloon features a formal dining area forward, a media lounge with a 100in HD TV for the cinema experience and a piano lounge aft.
Sliding glass doors open onto an aft deck lounge with banquette seating around a coffee table. Steps to starboard lead down to a swim platform and tender garage, to port there is a passerelle.
Five spacious suites can sleep up to 10 guests. The main deck owner’s suite is full beam with a double berth to port, lounge area to starboard, en suite with shower room and a large walk-in wardrobe. On the lower deck there are two double cabins and two twin cabins, all en suite.
Twin 1,350hp Caterpillar diesel engines give her a top speed of 16 knots, a cruising speed of 12 knots and a transatlantic range of 3,850nm, a passage she has made 18 times and counting. Naiad fin stabilisers ensure comfort and stability on arrival. Four tenders include a 9.1m (36ft) Cigarette chase tender and a 5m (16ft) Castoldi jet tender.
We are very pleased to offer this constantly upgraded yacht for sale and she comes to market with an asking price of USD 8,499,000. PRINCESS ANNA is lying in Fort Lauderdale where inspections can be arranged to appreciate fully the care that has been lavished on her.
