Price reduction on LAZY Z
Published 31 janvier 2019
Ahead of her appearance at the SuperYacht Miami Show, we have been instructed to reduce the asking price for LAZY Z to USD 16,900,000.
LAZY Z was built in 1997 by renowned Dutch yard Oceanco, to a Richard Hein/The A Group exterior design, and has been regularly enhanced by her owners, including major refits in 2015 and 2017. Today LAZY Z blends elegant design, state-of-the-art technologies such as zero speed stabilisers, and exceptional levels of comfort.
She was initially brought to market with an asking price of USD 17,500,000 so this represents a significant USD 600,000 reduction, making this sought-after yacht even better value. She is a turnkey proposition for an owner looking for an exclusive family retreat or a charter prospect, as LAZY Z has been a successful part of the Burgess charter fleet for several years. This price reduction means she will attract even more interest at the SuperYacht Miami Show in mid-February.
Her interior, designed by Therese Baron Gurney and Oceanco, features cream fabrics and leathers framed by dark woods and statement artworks in blue in day rooms. The overall impression is one of lightness and well-being with remarkable attention to detail throughout, inviting both relaxation and entertainment. For the owner, she has an expansive full-beam master suite with a private raised observation lounge offering 180-degree views forward. Unusually for a yacht of her size, she also has a gym and media room, both of which are extensively-equipped.
LAZY Z can accommodate 12 guests in six cabins and there is accommodation for up to 12 crew to ensure the highest levels of service. Among her impressive outdoor spaces, LAZY Z offers an expansive swim platform with bathing steps, an impressive array of watertoys, and three tenders. On board there is plenty of teaked deck space for relaxing and entertaining, and on the sun deck there is a blue marble bar for refreshment after lounging on the sun pads surrounding the large jacuzzi. With a range of 4,200nm, LAZY Z is capable of transatlantic passages.
In light of the reduced price, we invite all expressions of interest in LAZY Z ahead of her attendance at the SuperYacht Miami Show, February 14-18, where one of our brokers would be delighted to guide a private tour of the yacht.
