M/Y 10 sells after just four months

Motor yacht 10 has been sold after just four months on the market with Burgess representing the buyer and seller.

Delivered in 2011 by US shipyard Delta Marine, it is no surprise that this 46m motor yacht sold in record time. Presented in immaculate condition and with her aesthetics designed by the award winning Jonathan Quinn Barnett, M/Y 10 is an incredible fusion of elegance and strength.

Her last owner ensured M/Y 10 was kept in real saleable condition. A comprehensive refit in 2016 saw all new interior soft furnishings, new exterior upholstery and cushions, AV upgrades and a major service to her main engines and generators.

Out on deck, impressive use of space has created pockets of both sheltered and open areas. Stand out features include a generous sun deck complete with an oversized spa pool for up to seven guests and sun bathing loungers. The yacht also boasts multiple indoor and outdoor dining options. Jonathan Quinn Barnett followed the design brief to ensure M/Y 10 was wheelchair compliant and therefore has an elevator that services all four decks. These great features all act as a real draw should her new owner wish to enter the charter market.
