LADY G II is for charter with Burgess

As Worldwide Central Agent, Burgess is delighted to offer LADY G II for charter this summer among the Greek islands.

LADY G II is a 44.5m (146ft) four-decked yacht delivered in 2003 by Italian shipyard Mondomarine. Under new ownership, she is currently undergoing a major refit that that will see her emerge in better-than-new condition so the photography here is merely to give an impression of the spaces on board.

She has a large sun deck that is certain to prove popular with guests. As well as the versatile spaces on the huge aft bridge deck and main deck, LADY G II also has a Portuguese bridge on the foredeck, which is a great place to sip a sun downer or enjoy breakfast as you take in a new anchorage.

On the upper deck sliding glass doors link the light, bright sky lounge with the outside space and the same inside-outside flow can be seen on the main deck aft, leading into the main lounge and formal dining area. The full-beam master suite is forward, with his and hers bathroom with bath, vanity table, private study and a walk-in wardrobe.

On the lower deck are two full-beam double cabins, en suite with sofas and walk-in wardrobes, and two twin cabins complete versatile accommodation for 10 guests. Up to eight international crew will look after their every need.

A huge programme of upgrades includes the fitting of zero speed stabilisers, a full repaint in pearl white, new teak decks throughout and a 3m extension of the swim platform. The sun deck is being redesigned and will feature a new jacuzzi, bar and electric awning and she'll have a locker packed with brand new watertoys.

On top of all that she'll have brand new carpets, curtains and furnishings in saloons and cabins, giving her a contemporary contrast of wood and cream panels. She'll also have Creston sound throughout, new TVs and the galley is also being redesigned and all its equipment is being upgraded.

When LADY G II emerges, scheduled for May 2019, she will be chartering in the idyllic Greek islands for the first time ever, making her new to this market as well as significantly upgraded and refreshed.
