Further price reduction on BELLA

Following price reductions in February and July 2020, the owner of the 54m (177.1ft) BELLA has instructed us to reduce the asking price again, by another EUR 1,000,000, to reinvigorate interest and conclude a sale this year. This yacht is seriously for sale so please bring genuine offers.

BELLA was delivered by New Zealand shipyard Sensation Yachts. With exteriors by Jon Overing and interiors by Mitchell Rubin, she was delivered in 2005 and underwent refits in 2009 and most recently and comprehensively in 2019. She is in fine condition and ready to take her new owner cruising over the holidays.

She has a fully equipped and climate controlled sun deck gym and a six-person jacuzzi surrounded by a sit up bar and versatile space for sun loungers, yoga or open air dining.

There's a BBQ aft and a fully equipped sit up bar forward with sunpads and seating.

The bridge deck aft is set up for open air dining in the shade with sun pads aft for basking in the warmth. There's a Portuguese bridge forward on the bridge deck, adding to the al fresco options, while on the main deck aft there is another versatile space, currently set up as a lounge and steps lead down to a swim platform and the large toy and tender garage.

The sky lounge has a sit up bar and a relaxing lounge and a spiral staircase leads down to the main saloon.

It has a formal dining area forward, a U-shaped lounge and a large open space aft with a fully equipped bar and sliding doors opening onto the main deck aft, making it very well suited to entertainment.

Accommodation for 12 guests is in a full beam main deck owner's suite with private study and his and hers bathroom. On the lower deck are three double cabins and two twin cabins, one of which is convertible and the other has an additional berth. She also accommodates up to 11 crew.

During her 2019 refit she received a hull repaint, a rebuild of her engines and generators, new Quantum zero speed stabilisers, a new tender garage and Everglades tender, new switchboards and electronics among other interior upgrades.

Twin Caterpillar 2,200hp engines give her a top speed of 16 knots, she cruises at 14 knots and her maximum range is 4,700nm.

Following the most recent price reduction,she is asking EUR 12,200,000 with US duty paid. She is lying in Fort Lauderdale and will be there during the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show 2020. Inspection is recommended to appreciate the quality, condition and volume of this yacht. Any serious offer will be entertained by the owner and BELLA will sell soon.
