ANNA I joins the brokerage fleet

Burgess is delighted to welcome motor yacht ANNA I to the sales fleet with an asking price of EUR 65,000,000 (VAT paid)

Built in 2007 by Dutch yard Feadship, ANNA I is a beautiful fusion of classic yacht design and ultra-modern technologies. Her thoughtful layout incorporates a number of unique features making her an excellent choice for a commercially-minded owner thinking of entering the charter market, or private family home-away-from-home.

Her neo-classical interior, and sleek profile were the work of Michael Leach Design Studio who masterfully created a spacious yet warm and inviting vessel. Inside, rich fabrics, plush soft furnishings, dark woods and marble come together resulting in a beautifully finished product ready to cruise.

She features seven cabins accommodating 17 guests in total with a configuration of four double, two twin and one single cabin. Of particular note is the double-height master cabin complete with private observation lounge and access to the private foredeck seating and sunbathing areas. All cabins are bright and spacious with large windows and heated marble floors in the ensuite bathrooms. Her public areas encourage social interaction within the party and cleverly convert as the mood takes. The main saloon doubles as a disco, the sky lounge transforms into a private cinema and the main dining room allows the outside in with its fold-down balconies.

On deck, ANNA I offers a dip pool, al fresco dining and both sun and shaded areas. Her swim platform allows for easy access to the water, toys and tenders and her helipad makes for swift private entry or exit.

Her technical capabilities also impress; from her ultra-modern stabilisers at zero speed to her impressive 5,100 nautical mile (transpacific) range, ANNA I isn't just about Aesthetics.
