Perini Navi

Perini Navi is a worldwide leader in the design and construction of sailing and motor yachts, with a current fleet of 63 yachts.

It was founded in 1983 with Fabio Perini’s first prototype of a large sailing yacht with ample living spaces and singlehanded sailing system. Located in Viareggio, in 1987 Perini Navi expanded in Tuzla, Istanbul; then it acquired the Picchiotti shipyard, a pioneer in the design and build of luxury motor cruisers, before expanding in La Spezia. Its three state of the art facilities, covering 91,000sqm in total, have become synonym for cutting edge quality. At the end of the 1990s, Perini Navi established its US branch in Newport, Rhode Island, dedicated to brokerage and charter services.

In 2017 Fabio Perini opened the company’s share capital to a new investor, Fenix Srl, which now owns 75 percent. Since Autumn 2017 Perini Navi has merged its two brands into one. The group’s motor yachts and sailing yachts will all be sold, built and sailed with the Perini Navi logo.
