Anne-Claire was born in Brittany and moved to Ireland for 10 years at the age of three. She started work in the hospitality industry in Courchevel, Cannes and Fontainebleau, building strong customer relationship skills. Anne-Claire then moved into the fashion industry working for the emblematic French Riviera brand, Façonnable, as a Customer Service supervisor for the European e-commerce market. Having decided to switch to a career in yachting, she joined Burgess in Monaco in April 2017, first as a yacht accountant before moving into Yacht Management in 2019.

When not at work Anne-Claire enjoys spending time with her children, watersports and running.
